The screw-cap Mininert is available in 13, 15, 18, 20, and 24mm cap sizes. The 20mm crimp seal (13mm ID Neck) valve for features a serrated flange which allows the valve to turned and inserted into the glassware neck of the vial and provide a leak-tight fit.
