Tubes are calibrated "To Contain".
They are graduated upward from 0 to 0.5mL in 0.05mL intervals; from 0.5 to 2.0mL in 0.10mL intervals; from 2.0 to 3.0mL in 0.20mL intervals; from 3.0 to 5.0mL in 0.50mL intervals; from 5.0 to 10.0mL in 1.0mL intervals; from 10.0 to 25.0mL in 5.0mL intervals; from 25.0 to 100.0mL in 25.0mL intervals.
